Born and raised in a small city of Greece, called Livadia, I received both BSc(2022) and MSc(2024) from the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During my MSc I got involved in the field of organometallic chemistry, under the supervision of Prof. Nikolaos Tsoureas, studying the properties of metal-arene interactions with 3d metals. During my MSc I spent 6 months as an intern researcher in the group of Dr. Dominik P. Halter, at Technical University of Munich, where I got familiar with electrochemistry and electrocatalysis.  After a short break, I started my PhD with Prof. Hevia on April 2025 to work on nickelate chemistry. 

Outside of the lab I enjoy playing/listening to music and reading, while I could never say no to a good hike.
